لا نطلب منك تسجيل حساب، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نجمع اسمك أو رقمك ما لم تراسلنا. الموقع يعرض أسعاراً وأدوات حساب، ولا يحتاج معرفتك لذلك. We do not ask you to create an account, do not sell your data, and do not collect your name or number unless you write to us. The site shows prices and calculators, and does not need to know who you are to do that.

ما نجمعه تلقائياًWhat is collected automatically

عند زيارتك، يسجّل خادمنا ما تسجّله كل الخوادم: When you visit, our server logs what all servers log:

• عنوان الإنترنت (IP) — لأمن الموقع ومنع الإساءة IP address — for security and abuse prevention
• نوع المتصفح والجهاز — لعرض الصفحة بشكل صحيح Browser and device type — to render pages correctly
• الصفحات التي زرتها ووقت الزيارة Pages visited and time of visit

هذه بيانات فنية لا تُستخدم لتحديد هويتك. These are technical records not used to identify you personally.

خدمات خارجية على الموقعThird-party services

Google AnalyticsGoogle Analytics

نستخدمه لمعرفة عدد الزوار وأي الصفحات تُقرأ. يضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط (كوكيز) ويرسل بيانات لجوجل. تستطيع تعطيله عبر أداة الإلغاء الرسمية. We use it to see visitor numbers and which pages get read. It sets cookies and sends data to Google. You can opt out via the official opt-out tool.

TradingView

الرسوم البيانية تأتي من TradingView وتُحمَّل داخل إطار من خوادمهم. فهم يرون زيارتك للصفحة وقد يضعون كوكيز خاصة بهم، وتحكمها سياستهم لا سياستنا. Charts come from TradingView and load in a frame from their servers. They therefore see your visit and may set their own cookies, governed by their policy, not ours.

مصادر الأسعار Price sources

أسعار الذهب والفضة والصرف تُجلب من مزودين خارجيين — لكن الطلب يخرج من خادمنا لا من متصفحك. أي أن هؤلاء المزودين لا يرون زيارتك ولا عنوانك. Gold, silver and exchange rates come from external providers — but the request leaves our server, not your browser. Those providers therefore never see your visit or your address.

ملفات تعريف الارتباطCookies

نستخدم نوعين فقط:We use only two kinds:

• تفضيل اللغة — يُحفظ في متصفحك وحده ولا يصلنا، ليتذكر اختيارك بين العربية والإنجليزية Language preference — stored in your browser only and never sent to us, so your Arabic/English choice persists
• كوكيز التحليلات من جوجل، الموصوفة أعلاه Analytics cookies from Google, described above

تستطيع حذفها أو منعها من إعدادات متصفحك — والموقع سيعمل كما هو. You can delete or block them in your browser settings — the site will still work.

إذا راسلتناIf you contact us

حين ترسل بريداً إلكترونياً، نحتفظ برسالتك وعنوانك للرد عليك ومتابعة الموضوع. لا نضيفك لأي قائمة بريدية، ولا نشارك عنوانك مع أحد. When you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and follow up. We add you to no mailing list and share your address with nobody.

بوت تليجرامThe Telegram bot

إن اشتركت في تنبيهات تليجرام، نحفظ معرّفك الرقمي في تليجرام لإرسال الرسائل إليك، مع تاريخ اشتراكه ومدته. لا نرى رقم هاتفك ولا محادثاتك الأخرى. If you subscribe to Telegram alerts, we store your numeric Telegram ID to deliver messages, along with your subscription dates. We cannot see your phone number or any other conversation.

أرسل /stop للبوت في أي وقت لإيقاف الرسائل، وراسلنا لحذف بياناتك بالكامل. واستخدامك لتليجرام نفسه تحكمه سياستهم. Send /stop to the bot at any time to stop messages, and write to us to have your data deleted entirely. Your use of Telegram itself is governed by their policy.

حقوقكYour rights

راسلنا في أي وقت لتطلب: Write to us at any time to request:

• نسخة من أي بيانات نحتفظ بها عنك A copy of any data we hold about you
• تصحيحها إن كانت خاطئة Correction if it is wrong
• حذفها بالكامل Complete deletion

نرد خلال مدة معقولة، ولا نطلب سبباً. We respond within a reasonable time, and ask no reason.

ما لا نفعلهWhat we do not do

• لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها We do not sell or rent your data
• لا نطلب حساباً ولا كلمة مرور We require no account and no password
• لا نجمع بيانات مالية — الموقع لا يستقبل مدفوعات We collect no financial data — the site takes no payments
• لا نتتبعك عبر مواقع أخرى We do not track you across other sites
