لماذا لا نعطيك رقماًWhy we won’t give you a number
لأن الرقم سيكون خاطئاً، ونحن نعرف ذلك مسبقاً. توقعات بداية العام من مؤسسات كبرى تُخطئ بانتظام، وتُراجَع مراراً خلال العام نفسه. من يصيب مرة يُذكر، ومن يخطئ عشراً يُنسى. Because it would be wrong, and we know that in advance. Start-of-year targets from major institutions miss regularly and get revised repeatedly within the same year. Whoever is right once gets quoted; ten misses go unmentioned.
والسبب بنيوي لا مهني. سعر الذهب يعتمد على قرارات بنوك مركزية وأحداث سياسية لم تقع بعد. التنبؤ به يعني التنبؤ بها. The reason is structural, not professional. Gold depends on central bank decisions and political events that have not happened yet. Forecasting it means forecasting those.
ما ينفع بدلاً من ذلك: اشترِ على دفعات موزّعة بدل دفعة واحدة، فتشتري بمتوسط أسعار ويقلّ أثر التوقيت. وحدّد نسبة الذهب من مدخراتك مسبقاً والتزم بها، بدل أن تقرر عند كل خبر. What helps instead: buy in instalments rather than one lump, so you buy an average and timing matters less. And set gold’s share of your savings in advance and hold to it, instead of deciding at every headline.
